With new collaborations and pop-up shops opening this week, and a new Exhibition venue and other events starting next week… the amount of new Shaman King product announcements was a bit on the lighter side this week. Pop Up Shop in Tower Records Shibuya
From August 7 through August 29, a new pop-up shop will open at the 4th floor special venue of the Tower Records Shibuya store. At the limited time shop there will be new products sold, bonus cards available (depending on purchase amounts), and life-size displays of the characters. Typically the pop-up shops will feature products using the new artwork that was used in the promotional image.
Additionally, a “mail order” (online ordering) will be available for some of the products at a later date. The exact products have not been announced yet that will be part of this pop-up shop.

While not directly Shaman King related, Hiroyuki Takei is also continuing his work with the Mini 4WD line of products. He is currently working with Yuki Imada on a new manga series called “Mini 4 King” which will run in Corocoro monthly magazine. This manga series leads a new line of Mini 4WD products under the brand of “Laser Mini 4WD” with the VZ Chassis system. it is product number 19801 and is about 165 mm when full assembled.
As Hiroyuki Takei has done with the Mini 4WD cars for his almost complete Hyper Dash! Yonkuro manga series, he designed the main car for this series named “Lord Spirit.” This will release in a physical form on August 28th, 2021 in Japan and will cost 1320 yen. A website has been made to highlight some more of the features of this new product line. The box art and Mini 4WD car design is shown below.
