In addition to Takei’s new manga oneshot “Jehovah” (ヤハべえ) there will also be a brand new CG animation that will be made for it as well! So depending on your definition of “anime,” yes this could be considered an anime! It will most likely an animated version of Takei’s story (or a part of it) which you will be able to watch for free on your smartphones!
