It’s a big (birthday) week for Shaman King! Starting off the week on Monday is the return of the Pocolon Dungeon Japanese mobile game with a collaboration with Shaman King. This is the series 4th collaboration event with all of the returning characters and features from the previous events plus some new designs, items, and easier ways of leveling up the characters. So if you didn’t get a chance before to collect everything, now’s your chance. The game is all in Japanese, but the gameplay is very puzzle-map based, so it’s partly accessible in that respect. Unlike the other mobile game collabs that ended recently, upon playing this one you will get free pulls until you get Princess Hao, so you can stock up on some new characters very quickly before even getting into the event.

Continuing onto Tuesday, the Yoh & Hao Birthday Party will kick-off in person and online. Their birthday isn’t until the 12th, but if you go to the store in Japan, you can pick up the items early. If you order online, the goods will ship in June. We covered the details of the event last week.

On the birthday itself, Poland gets the Shaman King manga in print for the first time ever! Some fans may already have the copy early as part of their pre-order campaign, however the 12th is the official release date. These volumes come with a similar double-cover design, and all 35 volumes of the manga will be released. While going next door, in Germany, the 8th volume of the Shaman King manga will come out in print. These are two-in-one volumes, and the digital version is also available too.

The Shaman King anime continues on with Episode 7 on Thursday, with “A Form of Courage.” The exact English title will hopefully be announced by Netflix soon, however they have been inconsistent with updating the correct titles for the episodes on the Japanese Netflix.
