This week is again a bit lighter on the number of releases in part due to the cancellation and postponement with the COVID-19 precaution State of Emergency in Japan. Two of the on-going events, the Shaman King Exhibition in Nagoya and the Dragon Egg mobile game will finish this week. Starting next week, assuming the state of emergency isn’t extended, may open up some more events such as the Birthday Party event for Yoh & Hao.
Starting today, the English Shaman King Omnibus #1 is officially released in Australia. It’s likely the same content as the North American release, but it should be more available in those bookstores now.
Next on Wednesday, the Italian print edition of the Shaman King manga starts its once-every-two-weeks release cycle for all 35 volumes. So expect to see those volumes a lot more frequently now.
The end of the week also brings in the new list of pre-orders that will start. Some of these may be limited to Japan-only, so check your favorite online retailer to see if they do appear. Culcolle has a long list of interesting Shaman King products, which you can read about here on Patch Café soon! On that same day the Chokorin Mascots for Shaman King will be announced by Mega House. More details will be posted then with pre-orders opening up the next day.
