After the huge amount of stuff that was happening last week surrounding the premiere of the Shaman King (2021) anime, this week is a bit more light. Don’t worry, next week will kick into high-gear again with a bunch of new releases!
Starting off the week the new Tirol chocolates will be sold in convenience stores in Japan! These will be the individual chocolate sales, with one piece for 35 yen. Online sales for these will be unlikely, but the multipack of the chocolates will go on sale next month which have a better chance at being at various retailers.
The 2nd Shaman King (2021) anime episode premieres on Thursday, this will feature the introduction of the character Tao Ren into the series. It will be streaming on the Japanese Netflix about 30 minutes after it finishes the TV Tokyo broadcast. There are no English subtitles, and the international release for the anime has not been announced yet.
On Friday, just a few hours after the anime airs, there will be a surprise digital release of the Shaman King: & a Garden volume 1 manga. The physical/print edition will still release on April 15th.
Lastly the Last Period game collaboration with Shaman King is still ongoing in that Japanese mobile app.
Our release calendar has been updated with all of the upcoming releases into 2022 for around the world. We hope to have this condensed down into an easy graphic for the April releases on our Twitter (@ShamanKingNews) soon.
