With the event just a month away, new information about the upcoming Shaman King Exhibition taking place in Nagoya was announced today. It is currently scheduled to be held on April 17th through May 5th in the Nagoya PARCO South building 9th floor event space.
Advanced tickets can be purchases, as well as at-the-door tickets for the event. However the may be limitations on ticket sales due to Coronavirus pre-cautions. In addition to the advanced ticket you can pre-purchase, you can buy add-ons that comes with limited goods only available with the ticket purchase.
Ticket price: 2000 yen (pre-purchase) / 2300 yen (at-the-door) (tax included for both)
Limited Goods (Tote bag & Underlay): 1500yen (tax included)
Limited Goods (Glass): 1000 yen (tax included)
The tote bag and Underlay have been available for every Exhibition held thus far. The glass is a new item that has not been sold before and features the artwork of Yoh & Hao from the Shaman King Fanbook. The “underlay” can be used to place under the sheet of paper you are writing on so that ink doesn’t bleed through the paper.
The glass is about 6.5cm in diameter and 12.4 cm tall. Advanced ticket sales have not opened yet. Information about Coronavirus precautions are listed on the Product Information page of the website (in Japanese)
The Product Information page, which contains the list of items for sale at the gift shop located at the end of the Exhibition has not been updated with new products at this time. Additionally it’s not know if online (mail-order) sales will return with this exhibition. The limited goods that can be added on to the ticket price can only be picked up in person at the event.
There will be additional Exhibitions held in Japan in Kyoto (May) and Izumo (July-August) later this year. An updated trailer for the event has been posted on their Twitter:
As a promotion, they are also having a Twitter Retweet contest. If you follow the account and retweet the following post you have a chance to win some of the merch sold at previous Exhibitions. Note that you will need to have DM (Direct Messages) open and they will not ship internationally and require communication in Japanese.
