Announced earlier today are the first official products based directly on the upcoming Shaman King anime designs with an expected release date prior to the anime. The company CS.FRONT Inc, which specializes in small goods based on anime series, such as keychains and acrylics via their Crysto webstore. These products were officially announced via their Twitter account.
Leather Coaster Keychains
These keychains are made out of PU Leather and have ball chain attached. They will be about 90mm in size and sold individually (not blind-box style). The characters featured on them are the following and use their character designs found from the official Japanese website for the anime:
- Yoh Asakura
- Amidamaru
- Anna
- Tao Ren
- Bason
- Manta
- Ryu
- Tokageroh
- Silva
The character Silva has not been formally announced for the character design and the voice actor. This information will likely be announced tomorrow via the official website and Twitter. Currently these are only pre-orders and will be released in early April 2021 and cost 880 yen each.
Pocketbook Style Phone Case
This pocketbook-style phone case is designed for phones that are up to 155 x 82mm in size (recommended is 150 x 75 mm). It is made out of PU leather and features design-work similar to the anime website. It will cost 3278 yen with the pre-orders now open and expected release date in early April 2021.
Currently these items are only for sale via the Crysto website in Japan. They have free shipping for purchases over 6600 yen, and the standard shipping within Japan is either 400 or 950 yen depending on the service. They do not directly ship outside of Japan, so any of these items will need to use a 3rd-party or deputy service as a middleman to pre-order and purchase. It is unclear if these items will be sold at other stores at a later date.
Last week Max Factory announced they would be making a “Figma” figure of Yoh Asakura. No further information was announced, but it is expected there will be a variety of new Shaman King products being created and released this year.
