A huge update today for Shaman King Zero and Flowers update today. First up we have a couple previews of the cover. It’s Hao! Age is a bit hard to peg down. But to me it looks more like KZB Hao than Flowers. And certainly not Zero version. Plus you have the GS in the background. Probably one of the best covers Takei has done for any magazine cover.
For characters, both Chocolove and Hao are now added with Yoh and Anna. I bet both will be sharing the chapter, but it should be more focused on Chocolove. Anna is still listed as a main character, but she hasn’t shown up yet. But then again, neither has Yoh since the first chapter… so… who knows. Anyways, here’s a better shot of Hao from the official website:

I was sure that there was going to be a Hao oneshot, but I could never have imagined it to be something like this :3 I loled so much at this chapter, poor Chocolove. Btw how much does Hao weight now, 35 kg? o_ó I kind of miss the six pack he used to have…

Summary with spoilers and some pics 🙂
[spoiler]The chapter starts in Tokyo, 1995 again. We see Hao taking Big Guy Bill with him to meet the others members of the gang. Then he leaves again.
Not much happens in this chapter, it’s mostly just Hao’s followers introducing themselves to Bill and telling him to follow the rules or else he’ll die.
All of the characters look very different, specially Kanna (I just love her teenager look.)
The only important thing said in this chapter is that Hao refuses to use money, since that’s one of the main reasons society is corrupted. Their philosophy seems to be “Always get everything by yourself. If you can’t, then steal it.” I can understand now why he didn’t pay for that one coffee…
Once the chapter’s over we see Chocolove holding a Jump Kai and asking why the hell the main character of the last oneshot is Hao and not him, the 5th legendary warrior. Then Jun, Anna, Tamao and Jeanne appear and tell him he doesn’t deserve a chapter because he’s boring, one of the lowest characters in mankin’s popularity polls etc. It may sound really mean, but don’t worry, everything’s just a dream.
