Recently announced on Turnaround-UK, the upcoming English release of Nekogahara: Stray Cat Samurai will also be published in the UK and Ireland on October 27th, 2016. This should be exactly the same as the American/Canadian release as the publisher is still Kodansha Comics, but it being released under the Kodansha Europe imprint. It will be priced at £9.99 and be released only 2 days after the American release on the 25th.
Turnaround-UK is the wholesale distributor for the Kodansha Europe imprint of books (including manga). In their upcoming wholesale promotional magazine, they also feature Nekogahara. One of the editions of the magazine has the placeholder cover art incorrect, but provided to the right is the ad with the correct placeholder art (and spelling error intact).
Currently there is no UK & Ireland release dates for volume 2. However, they will most likely have a similar release date as volume 1. Previously the Shaman King and Ultimo mangas published by Viz Media were released in the UK on the same day as in the USA and Canada.
Kodansha Europe Limited (the company) is located at 40 Stockwell St, London, United Kingdom. Currently there is no other official announcement of Nekogahara being released in additional countries. However, on the June 21st episode of Image-Nation, the show did indicate that a European release was in negotiations.
