In a last minute change, the fourth chapter of Nekogahara was not published in the Shonen Magazine Edge magazine released today (December 17th, 2015). Just before it’s release, the official Shonen Magazine Edge magazine published the following statement via twitter:
お知らせ>明日17日発売の少年マガジンエッジ１月号の『猫ヶ原』は休載させていただきます。大変申し訳ありませんが、何卒よろしくお願い致します。（Y田)

There was no other notice prior to this that the chapter would not be included in the December 17th issue. However, there is still a promotional items that do include an item from Nekogahara (as shown below from mino_taro on twitter). The 4th Nekogahara chapter is now planned for a release in the January 16th issue of Shonen Magazine Edge in Japan. Images of the ads from the latest issue for the next issue are shown to the right and below.
