On June 1st the Japanese mobile game “Sengoku IXA” (戦国IXA) announced that they have partnered with Hiroyuki Takei for a new original illustration for a character in their game. Hiroyuki Takei drew the illustration for warlord “One-eyed Dragon Masamune” who is a new character card within the game. The game is available in mobile app or via a web browser in Japan. The game is entirely in Japanese and is developed by Square Enix.
To acquire this new card within the game (card number 2582), you can pull him as part of the special paid gacha pull that is available until July 3rd at 14:00.
A special website has also been created which contains more information about the character card. Additionally they included free wallpapers for your phone or desktop using the new illustration, which are included below.
In addition to the character being added to the game, there is also a Twitter campaign being held for Japanese players. Winners of the retweeting campaign can win the entire print run of the Shaman King manga (volumes 1-35) or 3000yen via Pay.
