This week in Shaman King, we may not have a new episode this week due to Olympic coverage in Japan but there is still a bunch of things happening this week.
Starting on Monday, the Shaman King: Funbari Chronicle game updated with Story Quest Chapter 6 part 1. The difficulty level has gone up considerably! In other game news, the Japanese mobile game “Dragon Smash” will start it’s Shaman King collaboration event as well.
On Tuesday the big release for English fans is the Shaman King: Macros volume 3 for an worldwide digital release! You can buy the volume now from various retailers.
On Wednesday there is a special event being live streamed for the Shaman King Online Fan Meet-up for the Kyoto Exhibition. The online meet-up will be streamed on YouTube and it will not be recorded. Also on Wednesday will be another Radio show with Manta’s voice actress, Inuko Inyama will occur. Shaman King volume 22 will also come out in a print edition in Italy.
On Thursday the new issue of Shonen Magazine Edge will come out. This month’s issue is also a bit light on Shaman King, and will only have chapter 6 of the Faust8 manga with both The Super Star and Marcos on break. Also on Thursday will be the start of the Shaman King Exhibition at the Kyoto venue. This had been delayed multiple times, but is now set to happen!
On Saturday chapter 7 part 2 of Shaman King: Faust8 manga will premiere on Magazine Pocket digitally. For physical goods, the Part 2 for the Shaman King Ichibankuji will start at various stores in Japan. This prize lottery will have figures for Yoh and Hao which will be sold internationally at a later date but Japan will get access to them now.
