This week in Shaman King is heavily focused on manga releases!
Starting off on Monday the original Shaman King manga returns to Brazil with a new BIG edition containing two volumes in one. When it was originally published the volumes were split in half, so a total of 64 manga volumes were actually released. This makes the new release in a sense even bigger.
On Tuesday there are 2 English Omnibus volumes for the Shaman King series released. In North America the 4th Omnibus volume finally releases after some delays. This contains volumes 10 through 12 from the 35-volume release with updated translations and lettering. On the other side of the world in Australia the Shaman King Omnibus volume 2 also releases officially. Some retailers may have imported the North American releases, but this is the proper release date for the Omnibus volume for the country (based on the North American release).
Moving around the world on Wednesday Italy gets it’s 11th volume of the Shaman King manga. Then on Friday Poland gets volume 3 as this is the first time it has been published in the country.
For manga chapters coming out this week, a new Shaman King: & a Garden chapter will be in the Nakayosi magazine releasing in print and digital formats this Friday. On Saturday Shaman King: Faust 8 The Eternal Eliza locks into it’s bi-weekly (every-other-week) release with chapter 3 part 2 coming out digitally on Magazine Pocket.
For physical goods releasing this week, the “Adieu” CD single will have a limited CD release to the Black Cat Alliance members. This CD can only be purchased if you are a member of the Yui Horie official fan club, the Black Cat Alliance and features the 2nd ending theme to the Shaman King (2021) anime.
On Friday some new Arcade Prizes based on the art from the ongoing Namjatown collaboration will be available in Japanese arcades.
